Closed 18 May 2022

Opened 5 May 2022

There are new ways of working being planned for health and social care services in Stockport. This will help make services more joined-up so people get better care. Planning is now underway to set out how we are going to do this in Stockport and we are looking at how we share this information with our patients, members of the public and those who work in the borough.

This survey will ask for your views on what you would like to know about the changes in Stockport and how you would like to hear this information.

It is important to note, one of the aims of this survey is to understand current levels of awareness of Integrated Care Systems (ICS's) so we can track to see if engagement levels increase as a result of the ongoing engagement work we are doing.

To take part, you must be an adult over the age of 16 and live or work in Stockport or use health and social care services in Stockport.  All your answers will be treated confidentially, and all data disclosed will comply with the General Data Protection Regulations and any related data protection requirements.

The deadline for survey responses is Wednesday, 18 May, 2022.

Thank you for your time.
