Outwood Road / Griffin Farm Drive Heald Green Traffic Regulation Order Consultation
Overview
The Network Management Section has received a request from your Local Ward Councillors to investigate parking in the area following concerns raised by residents; the concerns are that motorists are parking their vehicles too close to the junctions and obstructing pavements in the area. It is further reported that parked vehicles are hindering the movement of traffic and limiting visibility for other motorists and pedestrians.
To overcome these concerns, it is proposed to introduce and extend Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO’s) in the area including ‘No Waiting at Any Time’, (double yellow lines) / No Loading Monday to Friday 8:15am – 9:15am / 2:45pm to 3:45pm. These proposals are detailed below and included on: Drawing No. NM8-4687-02
