Call For Brownfield Sites 2021 Submission Form
Overview
As part of the work being done to prepare a new blueprint for new homes and jobs across for Stockport (the ‘Local Plan’), the Council is asking people to put forward brownfield sites that could be suitable for development.
A brownfield site is land that has been previously developed which is no longer in use, such as vacant or derelict land and buildings, and also includes previously developed land or buildings which are currently in use that have potential for redevelopment.
All sites will be assessed against a range of criteria to make sure that they deliver the aims and objectives of the Local Plan. Following this assessment we will publish the Local Plan document for consultation, which is likely to be in Autumn 2021.
This form should be completed and submitted by 23:59 23rd May 2021.
When you complete the form you will be given the option of providing an email address so you can be sent a receipt and a link to a PDF copy of your response.
You can contact the Planning Policy Team on 0161 474 4395 or local.plan@stockport.gov.uk if you need any help in submitting site information, require a word document version or printed copy of this form.
